New Desktop

I finally made a desktop for the hubs. Using a kit from the Flergs. What a great kit, it was her entry into the DigiScrap Addicts So You Think You Can Design Contest. The font is Inked God.

Sock Monkey

I made a layout of the hubs as a baby with his favorite sock monkey. I had to alter the sock monkey a little but I think it works. All from Sweet Blossom's Sock Monkey freebie. Font: Howser

Stacey has a template challenge

Stacey's Scraps is having a template challenge at Scrap That Idea. I couldn't resist a chance to win a $20 gift certificate so this is what I whipped up. Template by Sara Wise, Fonts Pea SarahLoo and Gearbox. Kits used SJ Towers Two by Two, Sk8 or Die, Spring Breeze.

Piccolina's 100th Post Contest

Piccolina Designs was having a contest for her 100th post and although I didn't win, much to my son's dismay, we did place. So I got a great Christmas mini-kit, Polka Dot Christmas. But more importantly I got a nice complement from the Piccolina herself about my page and how she liked my flower I made with the ribbon.

Mothers Day

So Karen Lewis and Danielle Engebretson have this great kit at Gotta Pixel called Total "Mom"-Sense, it's the best! I was so inspired I've made a desktop with the elements. The background is from Karen's Forever Friends. The acrylic flower and cupcake circle are from Kristen Aagard. The fonts are New Day MT and Fmiring Campotype both from DaFont.
